Built the ingestion and dedup cluster now holding 4.2PB of licensed and permissive data, and the provenance ledger that carries a signed licence attestation from source document to model checkpoint. Owns the synthetic corpus programme and the curriculum sampler.

Designs the durable agent execution engine and the replay trace that makes autonomy auditable. Background in workflow orchestration for financial back-office systems, which is where the insistence on exactly-once semantics and budget governors comes from.
Head of Platform & Product

Owns the commercial surface: workspace, admin console, connectors, metering and the public API. Validated the workspace prototype with five design partners across logistics, utilities and financial services, and finalised the metering schema against the inference fabric.

Directs pretraining, preference tuning and multimodal research. Responsible for the 13B pilot clearing the internal reasoning gate and for the projection layer that lets images, documents and time-series share one context with text.

Runs red-teaming, the inference-time policy engine and the compliance evidence pipeline. Led the ISO/IEC 42001 control mapping and is preparing the EU AI Act evidence bundle that enterprise procurement teams ask for before any pilot converts.
Head of Finance & Investor Relations
Owns · Reporting · Drawdown
Maintains the capital deployment model against the A$22M cap, prepares the half-year deployment reports, and is the first point of contact for investor diligence, drawdown scheduling and module-level participation.
