What are the seven AI modules and how do they fit together?

The platform is built as seven specialised modules that eventually converge into one enterprise-grade AI system. NEXUS Core provides the orchestration and provenance layer. SENTRA refines raw data into training-ready corpora. ORACLE adds multimodal perception and reasoning. HELIX runs autonomous agent orchestration. AEGIS is the safety, alignment and audit control plane. VERTEX distributes inference to the edge. ATLAS is the enterprise workspace and API surface. Each module has its own interface contract, so it can ship independently and still plug into the converged platform.

Why build seven modules instead of one monolithic system?

Modularity limits capital-at-risk, accelerates revenue timing, and makes the programme auditable. A single failed sub-system does not collapse the whole investment. It also lets early modules begin pilot licensing while later modules are still in research, improving cash-flow visibility for investors.

Can each module stand alone commercially?

Yes. NEXUS, SENTRA, ORACLE, HELIX, AEGIS, VERTEX and ATLAS are each designed to solve a distinct enterprise problem on their own. The full value is realised when they are combined, but no module is a pure cost centre waiting for the others to finish.

How much capital is the programme seeking?

The seven-module programme is capped at A$22,000,000 — $14,300,000 at the reference exchange rate of A$1.00 = US$0.65. Module prices are fixed in US dollars, so the AUD cap moves only with currency. No module can be re-priced without investor notification.

How is the AU$22 million cap converted to US dollars?

We use a fixed reference rate of A$1.00 = US$0.65, which produces a US dollar programme cap of US$14.3 million. Module contracts are priced in US dollars, so the reference rate is used for reporting and cap tracking. If the Australian dollar strengthens or weakens, the effective AUD spend will shift around the fixed USD cost base, but the USD cap and module prices remain unchanged.

Why are module prices fixed in USD when the cap is stated in AUD?

Most compute, model licensing, cloud infrastructure and specialist talent are priced in US dollars. Fixing module prices in USD protects the programme from currency drift on the largest cost line. The AUD cap gives Australian investors a familiar headline figure while the USD pricing gives procurement and engineering teams a stable budget.

Can I invest in a single module instead of the full programme?

Yes. Each module is independently costed and contracted. You can commit to the full platform, a cluster of modules, or a single module with its own commercialisation path. Every module is designed to return value even if the others are delayed.

What does the capital cover?

Capital is allocated to research engineering, data and annotation infrastructure, compute and evaluation clusters, safety and compliance tooling, talent, and the integration work that converges the modules into one platform. Each module page lists its specific deliverables and price.

Timeline

When will the first module be delivered?

NEXUS Core — the data provenance and orchestration foundation — is scheduled for first production release in late 2025. Subsequent modules ship in overlapping waves through 2026 and 2027, with full platform convergence targeted for 2028.

What happens if one module is delayed?

The programme is modular by construction. A delay in one module does not block the others because each has its own interface contract. Capital is deployed against milestones, so a delayed module simply pauses its own tranche rather than consuming the whole budget.

When do you expect revenue or commercial traction?

Early licensing and pilot revenue is expected from 2026 as SENTRA, ORACLE and HELIX reach production readiness. The larger enterprise and government pipeline opens once AEGIS and ATLAS are live in 2027.

Risks

What are the main technical risks?

Key risks include model capability scaling below target, data quality bottlenecks, integration complexity between modules, and the pace of inference cost reduction. These are mitigated by the evaluation harness, staged capital, and the ability to swap model generations without rebuilding the pipeline.

How are regulatory and compliance risks handled?

Compliance is built in from the first module rather than retrofitted. AEGIS provides the safety and audit control plane, and the platform is designed to meet EU AI Act, sector-specific audit, and Indian data-localisation requirements as they evolve.

Is there market or competitive risk?

The AI platform market is competitive and fast-moving. Our defensive moat is the data provenance and evaluation stack — the durable asset — rather than any single model checkpoint. Domain-specific refinement and auditability also create stickier enterprise relationships than raw model APIs.

How often are investors updated on progress?

Investors receive a formal written update every month and a live briefing every quarter. Between formal reports, the investor portal is updated continuously as milestones are completed, capital is deployed, or technical blockers emerge.

What does each monthly update include?

Each monthly update covers module-level milestone status, capital deployment against the US$14.3 million budget, key evaluation metrics from the AEGIS harness, technical blockers and their mitigations, and any commercial or partnership developments that affect valuation.

How are updates reported to investors?

Reporting is continuous, not quarterly. Milestone completion, capital deployment, evaluation results, and technical blockers are published on this investor portal as they change. Every capability claim is tied to a reproducible evaluation run from the AEGIS harness.

Can I verify the progress claims independently?

Yes. The evaluation harness produces versioned, reproducible benchmarks. For qualified investors, we can provide access to evaluation logs, dataset cards, and controlled sandbox environments where claims can be re-run against fixed test sets.
